Klassen Care is our private, in-house membership plan. It is only valid at our office.

Affordable Dental Savings with Klassen Care

What is Covered Under the Klassen Care Plan?

Each Klassen Care dental savings membership includes:

  • One comprehensive exam
  • A complete set of x‐rays (new patients) or 4 bitewing x-rays (existing patients)
  • One additional periodic dental check‐up
  • Two preventive cleanings (*does not include scaling and root planing)
  • Oral cancer screening
  • Two fluoride treatments
  • Any additional x‐rays needed throughout the year
  • Any additional emergency/toothache exams
  • 15% off additional treatments:

Services not discounted with the Klassen Care plan include: dental rinses, Oral B toothbrush, professional teeth whitening, Invisalign, and toothpaste.

Membership Options & Annual Pricing

For your convenience, Klassen Care at W Dental offers a selection of membership options, with the following annual premiums:

  • Single Patient — $500 (savings of at least $153)
  • Family of 2 — $937 (savings of at least $371)
  • Family of 3 — $1,374 (savings of at least $588)
  • Family of 4 — $1,811 (savings of at least $805)
  • Each additional family member — $437
    *Family memberships valid for husband/wife, parent/child only

How Klassen Care Compares to Dental Insurance

Compared to typical dental insurance, Klassen Care offers:

  • A single annual premium of $500, compared to $900 with insurance
  • $0 deductible and $0 co-pay
  • Unlimited maximum yearly allowance
  • No waiting periods
  • No paperwork

Membership Program Rules & Guidelines

  • Membership fees are due up front and are non‐refundable.
  • Klassen Care membership expires 12 months after signing up. Benefits can be used at any time during the 12-month period.
  • Patient’s portion of bill is due one week before service (for dental fillings, crowns, etc.)
  • The Klassen Care membership cannot be suspended or “frozen.”
  • The membership is non‐transferable.
  • Klassen Care cannot be used in conjunction with another payment plan (such as Care Credit) or
    dental insurance.
  • Membership is only for services rendered at W Dental, the office of Carly Klassen, DDS, PA.

The Klassen Care membership cannot be used for:

  • Any payment due to a specialist or hospital
  • Treatment which, in the sole opinion of Dr. Klassen, lies outside the realm of her capability
  • Services of injuries covered under worker’s compensation
